Welcome to Ways and Means

This year the OSCFL Ways and Means Store, located in the OSC Cottage,Bldg 4201 at the corner of Lewis Drive, West Way & Pendleton. We have wonderful offerings -- tried and true items as well of lots of fun new stuff! There are American, Army, and Fort Lewis themed items. Additionally, Ways and Means offers items that represent units assigned to Fort Lewis including Infantry, Stryker, Engineer, Ranger, and Special Forces.
