Membership Eligibility and ApplicationThe Officers' Spouses' Club of Fort Lewis offers its members entertaining luncheon programs, dinners, and activities, participate in numerous community outreach projects, as well as providing them an opportunity to meet fellow military spouses. For information about membership eligibility, please see below. Membership Benefits include: 1. Fill out application either by Web Form or print and fill out a Word Membership application. Membership EligibilityActive Membership in the OSCFL is open to all individuals residing in the Fort Lewis area who are; Spouses of Officers and Warrant Officers (herein referred to as officers of the Armed Forces of the United States) on active duty, to include National Guard and Reserve on active duty status; spouses of Department of the Army civilian employees and Department of the Army employees who are in the grade of GS7 and above and work in the Fort Lewis area; Officers of the Armed Forces of the United States on active duty, to include National Guard and Reserve on active duty status. Associate Membership in the OSCFL is open to Spouses of retired officers, spouses of deceasedofficers or civilians of the grade of GS7 and above who have not remarried and live in the Fort Lewis area; retired officers of the Armed Forces residing in the Fort Lewis area; family members over 18 years) residing with the sponsoring officer who is onactive duty at Fort Lewis; and family members (over 18 years) residing with those eligible to be associate and honorary members.
