28^th Annual Holiday Bazaar at Fort Lewis

HOLIDAY BAZAAR APPLICATION

     The Officers’ Spouses’ Club of Fort Lewis is planning its 28^th Annual Holiday Bazaar.  Last year’s bazaar was great.  The Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 8^th, 10am to 6pm and Sunday, November 9^th 12 noon to 5pm.  This year, the OSC will continue its previous Bazaar format.  We appreciate all of last year’s participants and your very helpful comments and suggestions. We would like to invite you to reserve your booth.  Please complete the enclosed application and send it back as soon as possible.  All applications must be received no later than October 15th for review.  Applications are taken on a first-come, first served basis.  Space is limited. Since the OSCFL reserve the right to refuse items deemed inappropriate for sale at this Bazaar, photographs, a brief explanation of the item(s) you will be selling and a price list is helpful.  Photos will be returned upon request.  Booth size will be 10’x10’ for crafters ($90) and 2’x2’ for direct sales ($25).  8ft. tables can be rented for $5.00 each and chairs can be rented for $2.00 each.  Electricity can be rented for $5.00.  Vendors may not share a space with other Bazaar participants.  This year, just as last year, all vendors (crafters, direct sales, etc.) will be in the same location.  This will allow the attendees a more convenient layout and will encourage equal advertisement for vendors.  Direct Sales vendors will be able to sell products and take orders.  Once your application has been submitted to the OSC and approved, you will be contacted.  Upon approval, your payment will be due by mail.  Please send to the below address.  Please do not send money with your application.

            For vendors that do not have a military sticker on their vehicle(s), a list of the participating vendors will be located at the Visitor’s Center.  You will be required to go in the Visitor’s Center and get your pass for the two days.  If you drive an oversized van or carry a trailer, please contact Carrie Livengood in advance for special arrangements.  Camping is available on North Fort Lewis.  Please contact Outdoor Recreation at 253-967-5415 for more information regarding reservations and payment.  You can send any correspondence/payment to:Officer’s Spouses’ Club of Fort Lewis, Attn:  2008 Bazaar, Carrie Livengood,PO Box 340, Dupont, WA 98327

    You will be allowed to set up your booth on Friday, November 7th from 5pm to 9pm or Saturday, November 8th beginning at 8am.  All booths must be set up no later than Saturday, November 8th at 9:45am.  Although there will be security measures in place, OSCFL and/or Fort Lewis will not be responsible for damage or theft.
